Hey everybody! Wishing you a pleasant day and rest of the week!
So I added and shared part of the minutes took on Sunday.
//
For those who were not there, Sunday last time. There was a situation:
Federico asked Ataec to open the call to all sorts of participants, beyond our networks (please correct if need it).
Me, Victoria as a representative body of the organization reject the possibility and here I shared the whys:
1. Ataec is an organization working with the objectives and networks of Cultural Diversity (origin, languages and cultural practices), Arts, and Ecosocial projects (all sorts of social and ecosystems benefit, community & climate actions). We consider our network is already open enough and we cannot amplify our capacity of call to another collectives; because it is not our field of work.
2. The collective representative and member of Ataec, that came to the A1 'Hip Hop Project In' works with youth at risk, intrinsically working with marginalized groups. And who will hope-fully be part of the project team in A2.
3. In page 49 of the application EU K1 Deep-T; it is clearly explained that 'Every partner- group will ensure the participation in the seminars of five people from their region, freely decided throught an internal process of selection'.
Hope this makes it clear and we can succesfully develop A2.
Our best regards,

Hey dear people,
I was informed in details by Zelena Tranzicija members about this delicate issue.
Victoria, your arguments sound quite reasonable and they make sense. But, I will try to give my perspective on this matter
In terms of the open call related to Deep-T project, and generally, the scope and logic of the Erasmus as an educational programme, open calls are basically open to everyone. The criteria for selecting participants in the open call in the Erasmus project can be: *geographical and economic obstacles, people with disabilities and marginalised groups such as migrants and minorities. In Deep-T application, we have selected that we will comply with the criteria of economic and geographical obstacles. *
As organizations handling the open call for our countries in the project, we can apply our organisational criterias in selection of the participants. But, I have never seen that some organization applies restrictive criteria, such as, that if you are an artistic organization, you will "open" the open call only to artists in your country. At least, when we are talking in terms of the Erasmus programme logic. Honestly, this is also far away from the logic of our partnership which should be based on openness, solidarity, and horizontal decision making. So, basically, this is a matter of values and principles we all apply in our work.
On the other hand, generally, for the sake of the successful project implementation, and for the sake of continuation of friendly and supporting cooperation among us further on the project,* we from Zelena Tranzicija will respect Attaec decision to handle the open call according to Attaec criterias and preferences*. We find that it is more important to successfully implement the Deep-T project to the end, in order to avoid the project failure and regarding to it, all the problems that we will cause, above all to the Italian team, and than to all of us.
Finally, I hope that we can communicate this matter as friends and above all, as the professionals working together in a supporting atmosphere
Cheers Sasha

Hello everyone, my position is as follow:
1. the call is open, that means that _each organisation have to share in a open and public way their individual link to the google drive form for the collection of the applications._
2. I agree totally agree with Sasha regarding the unusual position of Ataec and I can leave with the decisions that Ataec will make during the selection that they will make. _This means that each organisation will freely decided through an internal process of selection __the participants among the submissions received._ Remembering that "particular attention will be given to ensure gender balance and the participation of participants with fewer opportunities, with economic/geographical obstacles or refugees status. Our target group are also young people in precarious and vulnerable situations." (p.80 of the application)
Could we all agree on these 2 points?
Cheers

Hello friends,
I hope you are safe and sound, rocking the environmental movement there where you are.
I wasn't aware of the issues raised in the course of this conversation, I want to thank everyone involved for bringing my attention to this question.
I will try my best to exercises a bit of facilitation here, I hope that is ok.
I have heard a few opinions shared over this list, and there is also a proposal on the table. I'd like to ask those who may have a substantially divergent position on this matter but have not share it yet, to please do it.
Thanks Danielo
Hello again!
thanks fede for the reminder, perhaps we can move one step forward. We had some time for people to discuss and write. While some more replies may still come, so far there seems not to be other diverging ideas from what was already said.
From what I hear online (I was not there when the discussion started): - there's a concern of the workload that a broader participant's outreach would entitle for the partners - there's a concern that the guidelines agreed in the application text should be observed - there is agreement on the fact that we want a diverse group of participants - there was some level of unclarity and unconcreteness on the question of call-out outreach and selection of participants - the previous invited to different understandings that have led to the current disagreement - there is will from all sides to find a solution that accommodates everyone's needs in this issue
I want to add: - we are a diverse consortium and this will no doubt bring an interesting mix of people to activity 2 - from the spirit of activity 1, my impression is that we celebrate the expertise, specialization and vision that each partner brings in
To move forward, I'd like to amend the proposal initiated by Fede, and call for further amendments or alternative proposals:
=> Call-out for participants for activity 2 will be open. Each organisation will manage the process of recruitment and selection of participants from their region according to their capacities and in line with the consortium agreements and project application.
Please react by Monday 18th 4pm.
Salud Danielo
pd: as a side note i want to mention that the COVID tunnel it's been a hard time for everyone and no less for the young artists. I hope this project can help them if a little to get back on their feet.

Hello,
sorry Danielo but I do not understand why you deleted half of the initial proposal since it was agreed by consensus during Activity 1. For me now it sounds too much vague.
Could ATAEC express its opinion on my initial proposal?
If this issue will continue we will have to discuss it in an internal meeting.
Cheers

Hello everyone, my position is as follow: 1. the call is open, that means that _each organisation have to share in a open and public way their individual link to the google drive form for the collection of the applications._ 2. Hey dear people, I was informed in details by Zelena Tranzicija members about this delicate issue. Victoria, your arguments sound quite reasonable and they make sense. But, I will try to give my perspective on this matter In terms of the open call related to Deep-T project, and generally, the scope and logic of the Erasmus as an educational programme, open calls are basically open to everyone. The criteria for selecting participants in the open call in the Erasmus project can be: *geographical and economic obstacles, people with disabilities and marginalised groups such as migrants and minorities. In Deep-T application, we have selected that we will comply with the criteria of economic and geographical obstacles. * * * As organizations handling the open call for our countries in the project, we can apply our organisational criterias in selection of the participants. On the other hand, generally, for the sake of the successful project implementation, and for the sake of continuation of friendly and supporting cooperation among us further on the project,*we from Zelena Tranzicija will respect Attaec decision to handle the open call according to Attaec criterias and preferences*. We find that it is more important to successfully implement the Deep-T project to the end, in order to avoid the project failure and regarding to it, all the problems that we will cause, above all to the Italian team, and than to all of us. Finally, I hope that we can communicate this matter as friends and above all, as the professionals working together in a supporting atmosphere Cheers Sasha pet, 24. ruj 2021. u 12:33 <info@ataec.com <mailto:info@ataec.com>> napisao je: Hey everybody!
