Hi all,
in the next weeks I and Giada had several meetings and we managed to speak
with the Fagagna mayor.
The targeted building to host the people (+ kitchen) belongs to the
municipality but it is managed by the local church. They will give us a
response the coming week.
We are quite confident and the municipality said that is fully supporting
the project.
Minor issues: we have to have an insurance (no big deal, already checking
for some quotes) and the place has no shower (possible alternatives: build
temporary showers, use local empty building).
We hope to send more good news end of next week.
In any case, I suggest to schedule a meeting between 22-28 of November. Is
there any no-go date / time slot?

during Activity 1 we drafted the Participants form (at this link

).
As soon we have confirmation of the problem we should be live with this and
any other additional information to publicise Activity 2.
Is there anyone willing to go over it and build a google form to then copy
to all organisation?
I suggest that the group that drafted it to do the work plus some support.
What do you think?
