the dates of Activity 1 is approaching fast.
1. I confirm that we have booked both the place where to held the
activity and the hotel, both in Fagagna
Soon we will send out an email with details of the locations and to
arrange the transfer from Udine (where buses and trains stop) and Fagagna.
2. We are preparing a draft agenda for our meeting and we will circulate
this week. Please let me know if you have any specific
3.IMPORTANT: in advance of the meeting please be familiar with the
documents (plural!) of DEEP-T already prepared, I suggest also to bring
printed versions. I would like to avoid discussion about things that we
have already decide. To clarify: everything can be discussed and
modified but please be aware of the work already done. All documents
4. Covid-19 rapid test should be in the 48h before the meeting, sorry if
I did not mention this in the previous email. You can either send me the
results by email or show me when in Fagagna at the start of activity 1.
in my last email regarding setting up a new meeting only 2 people
replied, with no coincident date.
At this stage I am not sure if we really need a meeting before activity 1.
Please let me know if you need to know/decide anything before departure
of if you feel that we need to discuss online.
last meeting we decided to have one test before coming to Italy and then
one when we are back.
I think that it is a good idea to confirm this. Which kind of test shall
we do? quick or pcr?
what do you think?

plans are getting more concrete. The german team will be driving from
Romania to Udine. I have free seats. I could pick up people in Slovenia,
possible also to drive over Zagreb.
Write me an email if this is of your interest.
I am forwarding the travel costs from Ataec.
The total is
436 + 224 = 660
plus covid test
I would like to remember that the travel cost allowed from Spain is 550
This mean that we are well above the limit.
please remember that we have to economize because activity 1 does not
have organisational costs covered and we have to take them from activity 2.
Plus we do not have a special price as with Gaia Terra for both activity
1 and 2 so we have to go with market prices.
Are we all ok to allow the Ataec group to travel with these costs?

As it takes over 16hrs, it is impossible to take the bus on the 17th,
and arrive on the 17th.
So here is the way to Venezia:
Barcelona- Venezia 69,99€ per person
21:25hrs on the 16/sep - 14:05hrs on the 17/sep
Venezia- Barcelona 38, 99€ per person
16hrs on the 20/sep - 9hrs on the 21/sep
Total transport cost: 218€ * 2 people
One night oversleep- 112€ * 2 people
It is the cheapest I found in the city 'center'.
The COVID PCR
Quick one: 40€
The other one: 110€
Fede please give me access again to the file with this e.mail/
Thanks, have a nice day!

I would like to have the travel costs from each partner group (this
means for 2 people) as soon as possible.
Better if you can send me the booking of travel, if not please send me a
estimation, precise as much as possible.
Please send me the petrol costs if you are traveling by car/caravan.
If groups are thinking to link travels (eg. the Slovenian and Serb
groups), now is the time to plan (please keep me in the loop).
We need these costs in order to understand the overall travel cost and
book a place for staying.
PS: to be clear, no one will be hosted by comrades/friends, all will
stay in accommodation (Danilo could you please confirm or not that the
German group will stay in a van?
