Hello everyone, the dates of Activity 1 is approaching fast. 1. I confirm that we have booked both the place where to held the activity and the hotel, both in Fagagna https://www.google.com/maps/place/33034+Fagagna,+Province+of+Udine/data=!4m… Soon we will send out an email with details of the locations and to arrange the transfer from Udine (where buses and trains stop) and Fagagna. 2. We are preparing a draft agenda for our meeting and we will circulate this week. Please let me know if you have any specific questions/suggestions. 3.IMPORTANT: in advance of the meeting please be familiar with the documents (plural!) of DEEP-T already prepared, I suggest also to bring printed versions. I would like to avoid discussion about things that we have already decide. To clarify: everything can be discussed and modified but please be aware of the work already done. Hi all, in my last email regarding setting up a new meeting only 2 people replied, with no coincident date. At this stage I am not sure if we really need a meeting before activity 1. Hello everyone, last meeting we decided to have one test before coming to Italy and then one when we are back. I think that it is a good idea to confirm this. Which kind of test shall we do? quick or pcr? what do you think? Cheers Federico

Hello, I am forwarding the travel costs from Ataec. The total is 436 + 224 = 660 plus covid test I would like to remember that the travel cost allowed from Spain is 550 euro. This mean that we are well above the limit. please remember that we have to economize because activity 1 does not have organisational costs covered and we have to take them from activity 2. Plus we do not have a special price as with Gaia Terra for both activity 1 and 2 so we have to go with market prices. Are we all ok to allow the Ataec group to travel with these costs? travel costs

Hello everyone, I would like to have the travel costs from each partner group (this means for 2 people) as soon as possible. Better if you can send me the booking of travel, if not please send me a estimation, precise as much as possible. Please send me the petrol costs if you are traveling by car/caravan. If groups are thinking to link travels (eg. the Slovenian and Serb groups), now is the time to plan (please keep me in the loop). We need these costs in order to understand the overall travel cost and book a place for staying. Cheers Fede PS: to be clear, no one will be hosted by comrades/friends, all will stay in accommodation (Danilo could you please confirm or not that the German group will stay in a van?
