I wasn´t aware of this condition that one person of two must under 30 years old. Are you sure this is the case for the Advanced Planning Visit? It doesn´t seem logical for me cause Advanced Planning Visit is for the members of the project partnership organisation. If this is really a condition for Advanced Planning Visit, In that case, Milja and Radovan are both above 30, and me too. That means only one person from our organisation can be present at the Advanced Planning Visit

this is clearly stated in our application. For activity 1 we have two people from each group, one participant (18- 30 years old) and one group leader (no age limit).
All the organisation should participate with these numbers, if not we have to return money to the National agency and I would like to avoid the paperwork.

I need one more clarification about the activity 1. Is obligatory that two people are participating or it's ok if there is only one participant, the group leader more likely? I also remember that we set a gender equality rule for the activities, that one of the participants has to be "non male". Is that correct?

Hi all,
this is what we wrote at page 53 of the application:
Please describe who will take part in the Advance Planning Visit. All team leaders from the core team plus a designated person (a young person taking part in the activity without having a role as a group leader or trainer) from each group of the consortium. A total of 12 people will take part in the APV. At least half of the participants will be non-male in order to ensure gender balance. The core team are themselves young people facing challenges as young parents, precarious workers, unemployeds, women or migrants. We invite a set of young people to this activity as shadow organisers, to facilitate handover of knowledge and experience and a soft entry into the european youth active scene. They will later join the activity 2, with a greater level of insights, and will contribute to the self- organisation of participants during the seminar. The program of this activity will be designed to include them in the discussions while at the same time avoiding overload of information or responsibilities.
The gender balance is on the total, not inside singular group. It is NOT ok to send only one person. If a group send only one person I have to explain to the agency why and return part of the budget, with an impact also on the final review.

I am taking notes of each of the answers and then I will sintetise everything together. When we have all the answers, hopefully soon, we can have a meeting where we take the final decision.
Regarding the last point of Danielo: I totally agree with you to go beyond the EU regulations/application. We can find numerous ways to bend the rules. Given specific necessities, suggestions are welcome.
At the same time we should be smart and effective. Something to discuss in the meeting. Cheers
