Activity one in September, as for me, can be done in person or in a intense
few day online meetings. First possibility is better but the other one is
doable as well.

Any time in September I just need to know by the end of June, so that I
block those days for our work. :)
3. Please add any other thoughts regarding activity 1 in September 2021
