Hello everyone, every day I get anxious about a different bit of DEEP-T. Today I was thinking about two interrelated issues: the program and the outputs (videos and handbook, check page 117 of the application). Few things:
1. please double-check the program and your commitments. 2. who would be able to take the commitment to make and edit the videos of the classes? (we have the GoPro to do it). Maybe the Slovenian team already volunteer? 3. remember that you have to prepare in a WRITTEN FORM the material for your interventions and everything will go in the handbook. Please prepare at least a draft in advance of Activity 2. 4. deadline: we kind of agree that each group can decide the deadline for the application process. However, I suggest that each group must have made a decision and obtained confirmation by all participants by the 10th of April in order to make all arrangements for the preparatory meetings and Activity 2. What do you think?
When shall we have a meeting? Do you have any no go days in March? I prefer at 21.30 CET. Cheers

We from Zelena Tranzicija, are aware of the commitments for Deep-T.
Regarding the handbook, I propose that we can make a compilation of the testimonies of the participants together with the team leaders. That way, we can really create a participatory space for the participants to express themselves. Basically, we can produce an article for each team and produce the handbook from that material. That shouldn´t be a big issue.
Related to the videos, maybe we can also help with that. But, same as the handbook, the videos also should be a participatory project in a certain sense. There are ways and techniques to produce participatory videos. We can talk about that on the next meeting.
In terms of the handbook and videos, we don´t need to produce some complicated stuff. This is a KA1 project and everything produced as outputs for KA1 should be light and simple. The National Agency doesn´t expect some seriously produced publications and videos.
Finally, Fede, please don´t set the meeting at 21.30. It is just not a productive time of the day for the meetings.

Hi,
Daša from Slovenian group volunteered to help with the video editing, but to get the actual footage it would be nice to have a participatory approach as Saša suggested.
For the meeting I would also prefer earlier hours, maybe in late afternoon.

About the handbook with the activity 2 details and program from each organization, yes for sure. 2. a participatory video; I personally don't really understand what do you guys mean? And for the dates, we hope that for the first week of April participants are ready! But if it was not the case an extension of the open dates may be need it.
For the meeting, I can from the 22 to the 31st of march, and also 21:30 is not a good time.

Hello everyone,
According to the latest points,
For the permaculture course I can make a powerpoint for the program folder
For the video and the outputs in general, I agree that the agency is asking for something simple as is a KA1. For the hand book we can combine material that we are going to present in the course and make it in a nice template. Participants might be interested to collaborate in this process. For our part I can have it ready by the end of the month.
For the deadline we mentioned in the last post that 6/3 is the last day. Although, officially I will close the form today. We have some candidates apllied so the selection will be done by the end of the month.
For the preparatory meetings, I prefer to be weekdays and agree with the ones thay Mijla proposed.
For our internal meeting, Lets make a doodle and all commit to participate on the dates we voted. For me no-go dates are the 24-27 that will be in Athens.
For Salto youth I will check later today and let you know.
I think i mentioned everything.
