According to the latest points, 

For the permaculture course I can make a powerpoint for the program folder 

For the video and the outputs in general, I agree that the agency is asking for something simple as is a KA1. For the hand book we can combine material that we are going to present in the course and make it in a nice template. 
Participants might be interested to collaborate in this process. 
For our part I can have it ready by the end of the month.

For the deadline we mentioned in the last post that 6/3 is the last day. Although, officially I will close the form today. 
We have some candidates apllied so the selection will be done by the end of the month. 

For the preparatory meetings, I prefer to be weekdays and agree with the ones thay Mijla proposed.

For our internal meeting, Lets make a doodle and all commit to participate on the dates we voted. For me no-go dates are the 24-27 that will be in Athens. 

For Salto youth I will check later today and let you know. 

I think i mentioned everything.
