Hey guys,
Zelena Tranzicija has today a meeting of the whole Serbian group. We have already mentioned that on the 18.April we might have a general meeting of all the project partners and their teams.
Where we are at regarding this topic? We have agreed that by the 13th of April we will define this matter so we can send mail to all of the participants.

We have two cancelations, so I am waiting for a confirmation from other people. Any ways we are four already to join in the preparatory meeting. If the other people reply on time I have enerything ready by 13/4.

Hi everyone,
I asked the selected participants to confirm their attendance at the event but thus far I haven't received any response at all. I will send their data regardless and if they don't attend the meeting then we will start looking for alternative participants
