We have two cancelations, so I am waiting for a confirmation from other people.

Any ways we are four already to join in the preparatory meeting.

If the other people reply on time I have enerything ready by 13/4.

Where we are at regarding this topic? We have agreed that by the 13th of April we will define this matter so we can send mail to all of the participants.
