Hello everyone, we have a request to have Activity 2 in April. On one side, Danielo changed his mind (but the group he represents is open to both dates).On the other, Ataec, after a direct message to Vicky, on the 17 of December said that prefer the second date.
This is going against what the other partners suggested, especially the suggestion from the Italian local group that strongly suggested the second date because of logistical/weather issues.
The key problem here is not discussing changing the date but that we are beyond the date to be able to do so. (Bear in mind that after the last meeting I asked very clearly to reply as soon as possible and the timeline was agreed in Activity 1) In Activity 1 We decided that in order Activity 2 in April we should have the module out the first week of December. Now it is the 18 and we are still working on the module because there was no one suggesting the first date.
Personally, I think that we cannot change the dates simply because the calendar does not allow us to do so. If someone has suggestions please speak.
If you want we could organise an emergency meeting to discuss the issue. However, first I would like that all groups express their position regarding this issue. Second, I took other work commitments so I do not have the capacity before the 10 of January more than what I have already committed (prepare and publish the module at the beginning of January).
Please respond to this as soon as possible so we can figure our to launch a doodle or not.

From our side, Ataec, we prefer the first date, because of university holidays and personal reasons, if it is complicated for the Italian group related to the local logistics, we are OK with going further to the next date.

We decided in our group to hold activity 2 in May. I didn't receive any new suggestions from within my group so our position remains the same, that the activity 2 is held in May as planned.

Hi everyone!
There is going to be the Climate Justice Action meeting in Venice, from the 10 to the 14 of May. Which for us is important to attend, I am wondering if there is any possibility to open the dates to finish before the 10 of May. I know it might be not the best proposal at this moment, but the CJA meeting is strong on clear views for the commons and future actions; so it is important for us to attend.

Hello Vicky, sorry, I can understand the relevance of the initiative in Venice but I have no idea how to change the dates we already established. During Activity 1 we spent a long time trying to figure out the best options. We set deadlines for decisions in order to have a clear workflow and allow people/groups to organise accordingly.
Personally, I think that it would be very hard to change the dates but I am open to hearing what other groups think.
