emergency meeting?

Hello everyone, we have a request to have Activity 2 in April. On one side, Danielo changed his mind (but the group he represents is open to both dates).On the other, Ataec, after a direct message to Vicky, on the 17 of December said that prefer the second date. This is going against what the other partners suggested, especially the suggestion from the Italian local group that strongly suggested the second date because of logistical/weather issues. The key problem here is not discussing changing the date but that we are beyond the date to be able to do so. (Bear in mind that after the last meeting I asked very clearly to reply as soon as possible and the timeline was agreed in Activity 1) In Activity 1 We decided that in order Activity 2 in April we should have the module out the first week of December. Now it is the 18 and we are still working on the module because there was no one suggesting the first date. Personally, I think that we cannot change the dates simply because the calendar does not allow us to do so. If someone has suggestions please speak. If you want we could organise an emergency meeting to discuss the issue. However, first I would like that all groups express their position regarding this issue. Second, I took other work commitments so I do not have the capacity before the 10 of January more than what I have already committed (prepare and publish the module at the beginning of January). Please respond to this as soon as possible so we can figure our to launch a doodle or not. URGENT: date for Activity 2

Hello, we need to decide the dates for Activity 2 as soon as possible in order to go live with the "infopack" and the googlemodule. We have two options decided during Activity 1: 1. Thursday 7 - Friday 15 April 2022 2. Thursday 5 - Friday 13 May 2022 (7 days for Activity 2 plus 2 travel days) Please say for your GROUP (no individual responses please): a. which is the best option b. if there is a veto on one of the option For Democrazia e Ambiente Udine: we would prefer option 2 because it would be warmer and less rainy than April; no veto on the other option. minutes of 6 December meeting

Hello, here is some info from today meeting. Present: Milja and Milja, Danielo, Dasa, Andrej, Natasa, Giada, Federico * the Fagagna mayor confirmed that we will have the space (owned by the municipality but managed by the local church). (Maybe it is for free). It is very close to Damatrà. We need to instal showers (or use close by houses given by the community) and insurance. Fede will do recognition in January. * we discussed the timeline (see minutes of Activity 1). we have 2 options for Activity 2, we need to decide ASAP and start with the promotion * as previously discussed, we need an "infopack" with description of deep-t and some logistics in order to launch the google module for the selection of participants. We can do some graphic layout, maybe using Dasa photos. * agreed on solidarity fee: each group will decide the amount. accommodation space confirmed
