Hey dear people,
Since I see that there are certain financial preoccupations related to the budget and the projections of the real costs of the summer school, I would like to propose the following topic for you to discuss on the meeting this weekend:
*The solution to the budget problems might be:* 1, Reducing the number of participants of the summer school (youngsters) from 5 to 3 per each country. 2. Reducing the number of days of the summer school, maybe 2-3 days less than we have written in the project application.
Both ot the solutions could allow us to resolve the actual budget problems and preoccupations.
*Obviously, this needs to be communicated and approved by NA*, but I'm sure if there are objective reasons why the summer school duration or number of participants needs to be changed, the change could be approved by NA. As much I see, the problem of high accommodation costs related to venue rent for the summer school is an objective reason.
Anyway, I wish you all a productive and fruitful meeting this weekend.

Unfortunately this will not change anything. I have already asked and having less participants or less days would mean less fund from the NA.
