Hello everyone,
2 weeks ago we had a nice conversation with Damatrà and they are very positive to host us. They have good connections with the local administrations and it seems that many grassroots initiatives are present in Fagagna. Potentially there is an unused (but perfectly functioning) school that we could use as dormitory / space. Don't get super excited, it is only a possibility at the moment!
Next week Damatrà will present their work in Fagagna and they will include also DEEP-T.
We have to prepare a small document (2 pages max) with description of the project and what we need / what we can offer to the locals.

I've checked the offer/need document and unfortunately I do not have anything to add. It seems as a good draft document.

Text is ok as a first contact. I'm not sure how to go about money with them, unfortunately I did not get to talk to them enough to get an impression on how to best handle it.
I suggest to ask them to get back to us in 10 days, and to please let us know when will the use of the venues for our project be confirmed.
