Hello everyone, We are on the way to Venice today. Everything with our trip is going good so far. Did a shuttle organized for transportation tomorrow from Udine to Faganga? If so, at what time? Could you please give acces to the drive folder to the other participant? I just send now the request. Regarding testing results, I have done a rapid test on the 15th of September in the afternoon in order to enter Italy. Does this serves for the meeting or I have to do another one? Kind regards to everyone and looking forward to meet you tomorrow.

IMPORTANT - topic for the APV meeting

Hey dear people, Since I see that there are certain financial preoccupations related to the budget and the projections of the real costs of the summer school, I would like to propose the following topic for you to discuss on the meeting this weekend: *The solution to the budget problems might be:* 1, Reducing the number of participants of the summer school (youngsters) from 5 to 3 per each country. 2. Reducing the number of days of the summer school, maybe 2-3 days less than we have written in the project application. Both ot the solutions could allow us to resolve the actual budget problems and preoccupations. *Obviously, this needs to be communicated and approved by NA*, but I'm sure if there are objective reasons why the summer school duration or number of participants needs to be changed, the change could be approved by NA. As much I see, the problem of high accommodation costs related to venue rent for the summer school is an objective reason. Anyway, I wish you all a productive and fruitful meeting this weekend. Travel Costs Greek organisation

Dear everyone, First of all I would like to thank the Italian organisation for the management of the Activity 1. About the Greek group, we have so far book the flight to arrive to Friuli. The best option that we could have was to arrive to Venice on the 16th of September. I would like to ask, if there is an opportunity of hosting us one day until the 17th that the meeting starts. One of our participants will not return to Greece, so he knows that he will receive only the reimbursement for the arrival to Italy, Travel costs so far are: 1st Participant: 136 euro 2nd Participants: 196 (still pending one ticket) All the best to everyone Natasa

Hello everyone, the dates of Activity 1 is approaching fast. 1. I confirm that we have booked both the place where to held the activity and the hotel, both in Fagagna https://www.google.com/maps/place/33034+Fagagna,+Province+of+Udine/data=!4m… Soon we will send out an email with details of the locations and to arrange the transfer from Udine (where buses and trains stop) and Fagagna. 2. We are preparing a draft agenda for our meeting and we will circulate this week. Please let me know if you have any specific questions/suggestions. 3.IMPORTANT: in advance of the meeting please be familiar with the documents (plural!) of DEEP-T already prepared, I suggest also to bring printed versions. I would like to avoid discussion about things that we have already decide. To clarify: everything can be discussed and modified but please be aware of the work already done.
