I won't include the information regarding the EU Digital COVID certificate, as requirements seem to be the same. Let's hope that no other pandemics will follow soon because this is a real mess.
### Czech Republic: - national classification of risk areas: - green (Albania, Australia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, France, Hong Kong, Croatia, Iceland, Italy, Israel, Japan, Republic of Korea, Lebanon, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macau, Hungary, Malta, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Austria, San Marino, North Macedonia, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, USA, Germany, Serbia, Thailand, Taiwan, Vatican, Balearic Islands and Madeira): - no testing or isolation requirements - orange (Andorra, Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Cyprus, Latvia, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Greece, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland) - proof of vaccination, valid 22 days after the first dose, or 14 days after the unique dose if the vaccine is administered in a single dose (Janssen/Johnson&Johnson) - proof of recovery from COVID-19, valid 180 days - negative result to a pre-departure COVID-19 test. Accepted tests: PCR (within 72 hours prior to departure) or antigenic test (48 hours prior to departure) - red (Canary Islands) - proof of vaccination, valid 22 days after the first dose, or 14 days after the unique dose if the vaccine is administered in a single dose (Janssen/Johnson&Johnson) - proof of recovery from COVID-19, valid 180 days - negative result to a pre-departure COVID-19 test (citizens and residents of Czechia arriving by individual transport are exempted) Accepted tests: PCR (within 72 hours prior to departure) or antigenic test (48 hours prior to departure) - self-isolation until a negative result to a PCR test taken within 5 days after arrival - dark-red (all the countries which did not appear previously) - proof of vaccination, valid 22 days after the first dose, or 14 days after the unique dose if the vaccine is administered in a single dose (Janssen/Johnson&Johnson) - proof of recovery from COVID-19, valid 180 days - negative result to a pre-departure COVID-19 test (citizens and residents of Czechia arriving by individual transport are exempted) Accepted tests: PCR (within 72 hours prior to departure). For citizens and residents of Czechia, an antigenic test (48 hours prior to departure) is also accepted - self-isolation until a negative result to a PCR test taken no earlier than 5 days after arrival - A Passenger Locator Form [1] is mandatory for travellers arriving from "Orange", "Red", and "Dark Red" countries. ——————————
