So far it seems that to go to Switzerland it is not required to get tested coming from some neighboring regions. But many countries without a border with the country are listed with increased risk. (You should check this website to find what applies in your case:

Also officially only 5 people maximum can meet together in a house. But if we meet discreetly, it shouldn't be a problem. To enter Italy you need to have a negative PCR(molecular) test which is not older than 48 hours (this applies to all the EU countries, UK, Norway, Switzerland)
