I'm sending 2 emails in Fede's name

during Activity 1 we drafted the Participants form (at this link https://docs.google.com/document/d/1c9_8ZZbHWRvC0xkx-95ORn1EEqh-rronfAC-EgDI34A/edit?usp=sharing ).

As soon we have confirmation of the problem we should be live with this and any other additional information to publicise Activity 2.

Is there anyone willing to go over it and build a google form to then copy to all organisation?

I suggest that the group that drafted it to do the work plus some support. What do you think?
