I spoke with Damatrà regarding the evening activities and the space is not available at night: the offices close at 6:30 pm so the evening activities should be held in another space - I guess the building where the participants sleep, there's plenty of space, also outside.

Maybe it is possible to organize the party we talked about but I need to know the exact date and details as soon as possible to organize it with Damatrà - if they agree.
