we have our usual meeting on Friday at 16. Unfortunately this week I have a work meeting at that time and I will be available at 17. 

Proposal: Would it be ok to have our meeting Friday 29 of April at 17?

Proposed agenda:

1. update from the Italian time
2. update from each contingent (especially regarding participants and travels)
3. the program
