two of urgent things that each organisation should take a look and reply:

1. I would like to have a rough estimation of the solidarity fee that each group will collect. I need this now in order to understand if we can have a better price for food by paying with cash.
   

2. Next Thursday (in a week!!!) I have to make the first order of food for breakfast. Please fill this document with your suggestions (also for quantities!). This week I will have a quote and availability for the items
