I am sorry to hear of your issues. Clarification regarding the insertion of a new member in the core group: the member must be from Germany (and below 30 if you are over 30).

The decision of who will be depends on the local group.

Dear friends,

currently in my organisation there seems to be not enough interest and
capacity to bring one more person into our preparation process. This is
partly due to the quality and scale of challenges that our members face
daily, but also, me failing to insert this project into our
organisation's strategy and priorities.

I want to apologise for my part, and suggest two ways forward:
- I will do my best to recruit another team member within the
association to join this process
- I will reach out to the eyfa network for a suitable candidate to join
as second representative of the German contingent (given the European
character of the network, this person may not be based in Germany, that ok?)
