I would like to remember that the travel cost allowed from Spain is 550 euro.

This mean that we are well above the limit.

please remember that we have to economize because activity 1 does not have organisational costs covered and we have to take them from activity 2.

Plus we do not have a special price as with Gaia Terra for both activity 1 and 2 so we have to go with market prices.

Are we all ok to allow the Ataec group to travel with these costs?

As it takes over 16hrs, it is impossible to take the bus on the 17th, and arrive on the 17th.

So here is the way to Venezia:
Barcelona- Venezia 69,99€ per person
21:25hrs on the 16/sep - 14:05hrs on the 17/sep

Venezia- Barcelona 38, 99€ per person
16hrs on the 20/sep - 9hrs on the 21/sep

Total transport cost: 218€ * 2 people

One night oversleep- 112€ * 2 people
It is the cheapest I found in the city 'center'.

The other one: 110€
