we already accepted for the Spanish group to pay an extra day in a hotel in Venice so I think we should accommodate your request as well.

(or can you arrive on the 16 in Udine? in that case we could find an accommodation in our town)

However, I am very concerned regarding money. We will discuss in during the meeting.

Please put me in contact with the member that does not return to Greece to discuss his trip and checking if we can get some money (from the travel "pot").

Dear everyone,

First of all I would like to thank the Italian organisation for the

management of the Activity 1.

About the Greek group, we have so far book the flight to arrive to Friuli. The best option that we could have was to arrive to Venice on the 16th of  September.

I would like to ask, if there is an opportunity of hosting us one day until the 17th that the meeting starts.

One of our participants will not return to Greece, so he knows that he will receive only the reimbursement for the arrival to Italy,

Travel costs so far are: 

1st Participant: 136 euro

2nd Participants: 196 (still pending one ticket)
