Hey,
2 of us are in Greene so far for the Winter Meeting, a few more will maybe still come and we hope that more people will join online.
We are aiming for 3 2-hour meetings per day until Sunday. This is the rough schedule so far:
09:30–11:30: Planning of the weekend and getting up to date
13:00–15:00: Region/route
16:00–18:00: Region/route
09:30–11:30: Gender topic
13:00–15:00: Gender topic
16:00–18:00: Maybe free time
09:30–11:30: Publicity (promotion material, networking)
13:00–15:00: Organisational things (funding, equipment, online
communication)
16:00–18:00: Closing session, summary, feedback
If you want to join a particular session but a different time would be better, let us know and we can move the slots.
